How Employers and Universities Access and Verify Electronic Documents on FilPass?

Step 1: Obtain the Document file from the applicant.

Step 2: Verify the certificate by performing one of the following actions:
- Option A: Drag and drop the Document file onto the FilPass verifier.

- Option B: Select the file directly from the website and upload the Document file.

Verification Result Interpretation
Valid Result
A “Valid” result confirms that:
- The credential was issued by an authorized Issuing Authority.
- The document has not been altered.
- The digital signature and record are authentic.
Invalid or Tampered Result
If the credential has been modified, corrupted, or is not recognized:
- The verification will fail.
- The system will indicate that the credential is invalid or tampered.
- The document should not be accepted as authentic.
Privacy Assurance
FilPass verification checks the authenticity of the credential without permanently storing uploaded verification files. The process ensures document integrity while maintaining data privacy standards.
