Common questions

Who can see my card? Only people you share the link or QR code with — and only while the card is published and enabled. Drafts and hidden cards aren't reachable.

Do recipients need an account? No. Anyone with the link can view the card and save the contact — no account or app required.

Can I have more than one card? Yes — create as many as you need; each has its own link, content, and analytics. See Managing Multiple Cards.

I hid/unpublished my card. Is my content gone? No. Hiding or unpublishing keeps all your content — it just isn't reachable until you re-enable or publish again. Deleting is what removes a card.

Does the QR code change if I edit my card? No. The link and QR code stay the same when you update content, so shared codes keep working.

How do I sign out? Use Sign out in the top navigation. If you signed in via FilPass, you'll return to the FilPass login page.
