Template Design Section

The Template design module is where you can create your own Template to be issued to the recipients. Users can design their own Templates to send to recipients. When creating Templates, you can set the size to US-Letter, A4 or set your own Custom Width and Height (px). When you select a Department for creating a New Template, it will only be visible to use for creating batches on that department. Users can add these to their own Templates: Text – User can add their own text description. Variables - There are predetermined variables that you can use for your template. The Variables that are placed on your designed template will be automatically fetched when you download from the “Download Template” button when you're on the Upload tab in Batch Creation. Elements – Users can add their own images on the Certificate to be used. QR Code - User can add the QR code that will redirect other Users to the Verifier link. Users can also add a Custom QR Code. Template Design Settings User can edit the paper size inside the Template Designer in the Template Design Settings. User can change the Certificate Orientation to Landscape or Portrait in the Template Design Settings. User can add tabs and rename tabs for each Certificates and also customize if the Template will be flippable and be recognized as a Digital Badge.
