Column Headers for Recipient Applications Table:

• Form ID: A unique ID given by the System for that specific form

• Institution: The Institution that created the application

• Form Name: The name of the document request form that was answered

• Application Date: The date and time when the application was officially submitted by the applicant.

• Application Status: The status of the applicant / user / recipient's document request form that was used.

• Payment Status: The status of the application's payment

• Created: The date when your application was created. You may filter using All, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 Days, Last Year, and Custom Date Range

• Last Updated: The date of your application was last updated. You may filter using All, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 Days, Last Year, and Custom Date Range
