Column Headers for Events Approval Table:

• Form ID: A unique ID given by the System for that specific approval

• Form Published Title: The official, public title of the document request form shown to recipients when it was published

• Event Name: The name of the document request form that was answered.

• Department: The specific department or organizational unit responsible for managing or processing the form.

• Pending Your Approval: A status indicating that the application or form is currently awaiting the Issuing Authority (IA) review or final decision.

• Created On: The date of when your application was created. You may filter using All, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 Days, Last Year, and Custom Date Range

• Last Updated: The date of your application was last updated. You may filter using All, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 Days, Last Year, and Custom Date Range
