The Batch Issuance Domain Setup page allows your organization to verify domain ownership by configuring a DNS TXT Record.
This setup links your domain to your Batch Issuance account and enables secure document verification.
Domain verification ensures that:
- Documents issued under your domain are authentic
- Your organization is cryptographically linked to issued credentials
- Fraudulent document issuance is prevented

Batch Issuance Domain
Displays the domain associated with your account.
Example:
issuance.filpass.ph
- Includes a Copy icon for easy copying.
- This is the domain where the TXT record must be added.
TXT Value
Displays the TXT record value that must be added to your domain’s DNS settings.
Example:

- Includes a Copy icon
- Must be copied exactly as shown
- Do not modify spacing, characters, or formatting
Verifying DNS Configuration
Once the TXT record is added, verify that it has propagated correctly.
DNS updates may take a few minutes up to 24 hours.
Method 1: Using MXToolbox
- Go to mxtoolbox.com
- Enter your domain name (example: issuance.filpass.ph) ⚠️ Do NOT include http:// or https://
- Select TXT Lookup
- Click Search
You should see the TXT record listed.
Verify:
- The TXT value matches exactly
- The certificate store address is correct
Method 2: Automatic Lookup
Click the provided verification link:
This performs an automatic lookup of your domain.
If properly configured, the system will confirm verification.
