Batch Issuance Domain
This section explains how to set up your Batch Issuance Domain.

Follow the steps below to add a TXT record to your domain’s DNS settings. This is commonly required for domain ownership verification or system integration.
Adding a TXT Record to Your DNS
Step 1: Access Your DNS Settings
- Log in to your domain provider or web hosting dashboard.
- Navigate to the DNS Settings, DNS Management, or Domain Management section.
Step 2: Create a TXT Record
- Click Add New Record or Add Record.
- Set the Record Type to TXT.
- In the Host, Name, or Alias field, enter the required hostname
Example:verified.yourDomain.com - In the Value or Content field, paste the TXT record value provided to you.
- Save the record.
Note: DNS changes may take a few minutes up to 24 to 72 hours to fully propagate, depending on your provider.
Verifying Your TXT Record Using MXToolbox
Step 1: Open MXToolbox
Go to the following link:

Step 2: Enter Your Domain Name
- Enter your domain name
Example:yourDomain.com - Do not include
http://orhttps://.
Step 3: Run the TXT Lookup
- Click TXT Lookup.
- Review the results displayed.
Step 4: Confirm Verification
- Ensure that the TXT verification record you added appears in the results.
- Confirm that the TXT value matches the value provided.
If the record does not appear, please allow additional time for DNS propagation and try again later.
