If you only have the PDF copy of your certificate, you can still download the official OpenCerts file by scanning the QR code embedded in the document. This allows you to verify and retrieve your Web3.0 digital certificate file.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Your PDF Certificate
Locate and open the PDF copy of your certificate on your device.
Step 2: Locate the QR Code
Find the QR code displayed on the certificate.
This QR code links directly to the OpenCerts verification page.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code
You can scan the QR code by:
- Using your mobile phone camera, or
- Uploading the PDF directly to the OpenCerts Verifier website
If scanning with a phone, tap the link that appears after scanning.
Step 4: Open the OpenCerts Verifier
The QR code will direct you to the OpenCerts Verifier page in your browser.
The page will automatically verify your certificate.
Step 5: Download the OpenCerts File
Once verified:
- Look for the Download option on the verifier page.
- Click Download Certificate (or similar button).
- Save the OpenCerts file to your device.

This file serves as your official Web3.0 verifiable certificate file and can be shared for digital verification purposes.
