Applications refer to the answers submitted by the recipients / users to your workflows.

Filters/Tabs in Workflow Applications:

• All: Shows all workflow applications

• Approved: Shows only Approved Applications

• Pending: Shows only Pending Applications

• Processing: Shows only Processing Applications

• Rejected: Shows only Rejected / Revoked / Failed Applications

The actions you can do with a Workflow Application depends on Payment Status

• Payment Status: None / Pending / Payment Failed = Open Response

• Payment Status: Success = Open Response, Download Invoice, Download Proof of Payment
