How Do I View a Batch Issuance?
Learn how to access and review Batch Issuances in FilPass, including how to locate a specific batch, open batch details, and view the document statuses of recipients.

This section presents all document statuses within Batch Issuance and Approval Tab.
- Approved: Happens when the document has passed all approval and has been sent to the recipient
- Pending: A document becomes Pending when it is waiting for approval from one of the approvers.
- Pending Release: A document becomes Pending Release when it is waiting to be released by the Document Release Controller. It is also Pending Release if it waiting to be released by the Schedule Release Date.
- Pending Release DRC: waiting to be released by the Document Release Controller.
- Pending Release SRD: Waiting to be released by the Schedule Release Date.
- Rejected: A document becomes Rejected when one of the approvers of the document rejects the document.
- Expired: A document becomes Expired when it reaches the expiry date.
- Revoked: A document becomes Revoked when it is revoked by the Issuing Authority
