Overview
The Access Level page provides a consolidated view of role assignments across departments within the organization.
This module allows administrators to:
- View Department–Role mappings
- Review access structure
- Search and filter access configurations
- Export access records for reporting or audit purposes
The Access Level table serves as a reference page for understanding how permissions are distributed organizationally.
Access Level Table Overview
The Access Level page displays a structured table containing the following columns:
Department
Displays the name of the department.
Examples:
- Department A
- Department B
- Default
This column identifies the organizational grouping to which roles are assigned.
Role
Displays the role associated with the department.
Examples:
- IA
- Approver (Admin-level access)
- Check In
- All Access
Roles define the permission level available within each department.
Searching and Filtering
The Access Level page includes filtering tools to quickly locate specific department-role combinations.
Global Search Bar
The Global Search bar allows users to search across all visible columns.
You may search by:
- Department name
- Role name
Results update dynamically based on the search keyword.
Clear Filter
Click Clear Filter to:
- Remove active search criteria
- Reset the table to default view
- Display all department-role records
Downloading Access Level Records
The Download button allows users to export the Access Level table into an Excel file.
Behavior:
- If no filters are applied → All records are exported.
- If filters are applied → Only filtered results are exported.
This feature supports:
- Access audits
- Compliance reviews
- Governance reporting
- Administrative documentation
Pagination and Navigation
To manage large datasets, the Access Level page includes pagination controls.
Items Per Page
Users may select the number of records displayed per page:
- 10
- 25
- 50
- 100
The table updates automatically when the selection changes.
Go To Page
The Go to page input box allows direct navigation to a specific page number.
Users may:
- Enter a page number
- Navigate using pagination arrows
- Move sequentially through pages
Pagination behavior is consistent with other system modules.
