How Recipients Can Access Their Certificate (PH Clients)

Why is there no certificate attachment in the email?

For security and verification purposes, certificates are not sent as downloadable attachments anymore. Instead, recipients are provided with secure access through their FilPass recipient account.

This ensures:

  • Secure access to verified credentials
  • Protection against unauthorized sharing or tampering
  • Easy digital verification

How can recipients access their certificate?

  1. The recipient must create or log in to their FilPass recipient account using the email address where the notification was sent.
  2. Once logged in, they will be able to:
    • View their certificate
    • Download their certificate
    • Manage their verified credentials

How can recipients share their credentials?

After accessing their FilPass account, recipients can:

  • Share their credentials via a secure link
  • Send credentials through email
  • Share credentials directly to SeekPass

These options allow recipients to securely provide proof of certification without needing a traditional email attachment.

Coming Soon: dBizCard

We will soon be rolling out dBizCard, a digital feature within FilPass that enables recipients to:

  • Store verified credentials in one place
  • Create a professional, shareable profile
  • Easily present certifications when:
    • Networking
    • Applying for opportunities
    • Verifying qualifications

This feature enhances the digital experience and makes sharing credentials more convenient and professional.
