For the Document Status Pending, the document becomes Pending when it is waiting for approval from one of the approvers. If it was already approved by the Approver and it was already approved before, check if you have set up multiple approvers that will approve the document.

For the Document Status Pending-ReleaseDRC , the approved document is waiting to be released by the Document Release Controller. The Document Release Controller will have the actions for releasing the document or revoking the document before it reaches the recipient.

For the Document Status Pending-ReleaseSRD , the document is already approved but has a set time or schedule for the document to be released to the recipient. This appears when the Scheduled Release Date is enabled during batch creation.

For the Document Status Pending-Release SRD - DRC, the document is already approved but the features for both Scheduled Release Date and Document Release Controller are enabled.

• The things that you would need to check is if the document’s scheduled release date and if it already passed.
• You would also need to check if the Document Releaser Controller has already approved/released the document.
• Both the Scheduled Release Date and Document Release Controller would need to be fulfilled before the document is changed into Approved status.
