Billing for Additional Licenses and Issuances (Pre-Purchase Model)

Clients may purchase an initial allocation of licenses and document issuances. If your usage exceeds the initial allocation, you may continue using the service without interruption. Any additional usage will be calculated and billed in the next billing cycle.

Additional issuances are billed in packages of a fixed number of documents based on your subscription agreement.

How Additional Issuances Are Billed

At the end of the billing period, the total number of issuances used will be reviewed. If the total exceeds your initial allocation, the excess will be billed according to the applicable issuance package.

Since additional issuances are billed per package, the total excess will be rounded up to the nearest package.

Example Scenario (Sample Values Only)

  • Initial allocation: 300 issuances
  • Billing period: Sample Billing Period
  • Total issuances used: 465 issuances

Excess issuances:
465 − 300 = 165 additional issuances

If the issuance package covers 100 documents per package, the billing will be reflected as:

Plain Text

Additional Issuance from [Start Date] to [End Date] = 165 issuancesAdditional issuance package applied: 2 packages

Since issuances are billed per package, 165 issuances will require 2 packages.

Important Notes

Exceeding the initial allocation does not interrupt the service.
Additional issuances are calculated at the end of the billing period.
Excess usage is billed according to the issuance package defined in the client’s subscription agreement.
