Are Refunds Allowed for Processed Payments?

Refunds for successfully processed payments are not allowed.

Once a payment has been completed and confirmed through the system, the transaction is considered final. This includes payments made via credit/debit card, e-wallet, online banking, or any other supported payment method.

Users are advised to:

  • Review all details carefully before confirming payment
  • Ensure the correct item, quantity, and recipient information are selected
  • Verify the total amount before proceeding

Processed payments cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded through the platform.

For concerns related to the issued item or service, users may directly contact the relevant Issuing Authority for further clarification.
