Actions in Workflow Applications:

• Open response: Opens that specific response by the applicant / recipient / user.

• Note: Applications with a Success payment status provide three available actions: Open Response, Download Invoice, and Download Payment Proof. Applications with other payment statuses (Pending, Payment Failed, or None) only have one available action: Open Response.

• Below is the sample image of a response when opened.

• Download Invoice: Provides a PDF of the Invoice for that application and an option to download it.

• Download Proof of Payment: Provides a PDF of the Proof of Payment for that application and an option to download it.
