Approved Status is for when the document requires no action from the Issuing Authority and is already sent to the recipient.
Pending Status is for when there is a required action from the Issuing Authority before the document is sent to the recipient.
Pending Release Status is for when the document is already approved during the Pending Status but has a pending action from the Document Release Controller before being sent to the recipient or has a Scheduled Released Date.
Rejected Status is for when the document is Rejected from the Pending status. This document is not sent to the recipient.
Expired Status is displayed if the document that was uploaded has an added Expiry date. The recipient document will also show as expired once checked on the verifier.
Revoked Status is for when the document has been approved from the Pending Status but had to be revoked. The Issuing Authority is required to enter a reason for revoking the document for documentation purposes.
