Recipient Profile Simplification

The following fields have been removed from Recipient Profile Setup:

• TIN Number
• PhilSys Number (PSN)
• PhilSys Card Number (PCN)

Batch Issuance

• Improved Batch Issuance stability by resolving internal server errors.
• Fixed Excel uploads incorrectly converting numeric values into dates.
• Resolved errors encountered when viewing document details.
• Downloaded documents now include recipient names in file names for easier identification.
• Signature-related variables now support more image dimensions and are no longer limited to square cropping.

Recipient Profile & Account

• Improved file size validation messages to display values in MB.
• Required fields are now highlighted during signup validation.
• Fixed incorrect validation for Date of Birth during signup.
• Removed duplicate citizenship options from the signup form.
• Improved the Delete Account validation and confirmation process.
• Fixed upload validation messages appearing when no file was attached.
• Address fields no longer accept whitespace-only values.
• Supporting Documents now download directly without opening a new browser tab.
• Profile photos now display correctly after page refresh.
• Fixed profile updates not saved for selected fields.
• Removed Notification and Credits icons from Recipient V2.
• Restored missing recipient details in the View Recipient page.
• Corrected incorrect Date of Birth values being displayed.
• Improved support for names containing Ñ/ñ characters.

Recipient Signup

• Restored TXT Record Setup during signup.
• Added a success page after profile completion before redirecting users to the dashboard.
• Fixed address fields being incorrectly marked as required.
• Corrected FilPass branding on signup pages.

Recipient Dashboard & Navigation

• Updated workflow submission labels for better clarity and consistency.

Shared Documents

• Fixed shared recipient information displaying incorrectly.
• Sharing expiration dates now display correctly.
• Requester names are now shown properly in shared records.
• Removed unnecessary background API calls to improve performance.
• Restored SeekPass as a sharing option.
• Fixed SeekPass shared documents opening blank pages.
• Added the missing Share Type column.
• Added date pickers to filters for easier searching.
• Improved revoke error handling and confirmation dialogs.

Workflow

• Fixed workflow field changes not saving properly.
• Improved file upload validation and error messaging.
• Prevented workflows from being published with incomplete required fields.
• Strengthened validation for required processing and template fields.
• Improved workflow editing to ensure required fields remain enforced.

Issuing Authority – Batch Issuance & Documents

• Downloaded tables now respected applied filters.
• Table downloads now include all records, not just the current page.
• Fixed expiration date formatting issues affecting document verification.

Recipient Module

• Batch Name and Batch Number are now visible when viewing recipient issuances.

Accounts & API

• Improved navigation and access behavior within API settings.
• Fixed intermittent crashes in IA Information settings.
• Corrected login redirection for Sub-Users.

White Label Verifier & Settings

• Restricted editing of read-only verifier settings.
• Improved the White Label Verifier setup flow.
• TXT Record Setup links now correctly follow the configured domain.

Login & Sign Up

• Updated Login and Sign-Up pages to match approved designs.
• Improved SSO access for Template Designer in Issuing Authority accounts.
• Fixed missing dashboard routing in Stage V2.

Applications & Approvals

• Inactive issuances now appear correctly in Approvals.
• Corrected status options in Downloads.
• Processing documents now appear under the correct Approved tab.

Tables & Downloads

• Fixed a display issue that could occur when scrolling while pagination options were open.
