Steps to Review Pending Payments

1. Log in to your FilPass Issuing Authority account.
2. Go to Events and open the event you want to review.
3. Go to the Payment tab.
4. Select Pending to view registrations with payments that have not yet been completed or approved.
5. Check the Payment Status to determine what action is needed.

Understanding Pending Payment Statuses

Awaiting Proof

This means the registrant selected Bank Transfer as their payment method but has not yet uploaded their Proof of Payment.

At this stage, the payment is still waiting for action from the registrant. Once they upload their Proof of Payment, the status will move to Pending Review.

Pending Review

This means the registrant has already uploaded their Proof of Payment and it is now waiting for your review.

You can review the submitted Proof of Payment and proceed with the appropriate approval action once the payment has been verified.

Note: These statuses apply to Bank Transfer payments where the registrant is required to submit Proof of Payment for verification.
