We're excited to introduce the Event Module in FilPass V2. This new module provides organizations with a complete end-to-end platform for creating, managing, and running events—from event registration and attendee management to approvals, payments, and digital credential issuance.
The Event Module is designed to simplify event management by centralizing every stage of the event lifecycle into a single, configurable workflow. Organizations can build customized event registration forms, manage attendees, automate approval processes, collect payments, and issue verifiable digital credentials—all from one platform.

What is the Event Module?
The Event Module enables Issuing Authorities to create fully configurable online events for participants. Every event can include customized registration forms, attendee information, approval workflows, payment collection, guest registration, and automated issuance of digital credentials—all managed within a single module.
Whether your organization is conducting seminars, conferences, workshops, training programs, certification events, graduations, orientations, webinars, or corporate activities, the Event Module provides a flexible workflow that adapts to your event requirements while reducing manual administrative work.
Module Navigation
The Event Module is accessible from the main navigation and consists of three primary sections:
- Events
- Attendees
- Approval
These modules work together to manage the complete event lifecycle—from event creation and attendee registration to approvals and document issuance.
Events
The Events section serves as the starting point for every event.
Issuing Authorities can create, configure, preview, publish, duplicate, archive, and manage events before making them available to participants.
Each event is organized into dedicated configuration tabs:

- Applicant Details

- Custom
- External Remarks
This modular approach allows each stage of the event workflow to be configured independently based on organizational requirements.
Request Details
Configure the general information and behavior of your event before publishing it.
Available fields include:
- Department
- Published Event Title
- Event Name
- Public Event Link
- Published Description
- Header Image
Organizations can also configure how the event behaves using built-in settings.

Applicant Details
Collect participant information using configurable registration forms.

Issuance
The Issuance tab integrates digital credential generation directly into the event workflow.

The Attendees module provides a centralized location for managing everyone who has registered for an event.

Workflow Status

Available statuses include:
- In Progress
- Published
- Active
- Archived
Each status provides different actions such as editing, previewing, duplicating, publishing, archiving, restoring, and managing attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
