The Account Audit Logs module is a central administrative repository designed to provide a comprehensive, chronological record of all modifications made to the system’s organizational structure and user permissions. This module is a critical component for maintaining security, transparency, and accountability within the platform.
When the Account tab is selected, the system displays a table containing administrative and account-level activity records. This section is primarily used to track organizational changes, such as the creation of departments or role assignments.
Each entry includes the following information:

Users can refine their results by entering specific values into the individual search boxes located under the column headers:

The Status dropdown allows users to filter records based on the operational state of the entry, such as:
Multiple filters can be layered to find highly specific data. For example, a user can filter by:
The table will dynamically update to show only the records meeting all three criteria.
Clicking the Clear Filter button (located next to the Download button) resets all search fields and dropdowns to their default state, restoring the full list of account logs.
The Account Audit Logs utilize a pagination footer for efficient data management. Users can:
The Download button allows users to export the account audit history for external reporting or security compliance reviews.
To maintain a high standard of security and accountability, the system automatically captures every account-level change.
