Production Workflow Payment Process

A platform fee is applied, along with a 3% payment gateway fee, in addition to the item cost.
Payments are processed through the FilPass PayMongo account, where they are verified against the workflow’s income.
Once the form is closed or concluded, we will coordinate and provide data on the paid submissions within the workflow.
Important: PayMongo releases payments at 5:00 PM every Tuesday. Our team will begin consolidating the payments and transfer them every Friday.
Once confirmed, the amount will be transferred to the IA’s preferred banking account or details.
