How to add template designer role to my other department?

Step 1: Create New Role

  • Navigate to the roles management section and select "Add Role."

Step 2: Enter Role Name

  • Input the role name in the following format: [Department Name] - Template Designer
    • Example: REGISTRAR - Template Designer

Step 3: Enter Role Description

  • Provide a detailed description for the role as desired.

Step 4: Select Department

  • Ensure the department selected aligns with the purpose of the role. Be mindful to choose the correct department that the role will serve.

Step 5: Select Role Type

  • Choose the role type: "Can Create, Edit & View Templates."



Step 6: Save the Role

  • Click "Save" to apply all changes and finalize the creation of the new role.
