1. Log in to your FilPass account

2. If there is no error encountered, a message should pop up requesting you to verify your email address.  

 

 

3. Go to https://testmail.filpass.ph/mailbox

 

 

4. Enter your email address in the text box and click “Submit” button 

 

5. You will receive an email from FilPass with the subject: “Your One Time Password (OTP) Code from FilPass”.  

 

6. Click the email and copy the OTP Code. You can also manually enter the code as long as it’s the correct code. 

 

 

 

7. Then, pastethe OTP code to the login page

 

 8. You can now access your account.
