To reset your password using "Forgot Password" button, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://app.filpass.ph/  

2. Click “Login” button 

3. Click “Forgot password?” button 

4. Enter your registered Email Address 

5. Click “Send Reset OTP” button  

6. Go to your mailbox and copy the OTP Code 

7. Then paste the OTP Code 

8. Once verified, you can now type in your new password 

9. Once confirmed, you may now login your account using the new password
