I am the Approver, Why can’t I see the Approve/Reject button?

As the Approver, if there is no Approve/Reject button in the “Approval” tab, likely, the document is not yet approved by an earlier Approver.
1. To check this, go to “Batch Details” tab to see the Approval Workflow
2. In this example, if you are the Approver 2, there is no Approve/Reject button because this batch is set to a Linear type of Approval, and the earlier Approver (Approver 1) has not approved the document yet.
3.You will be able to see the Approve/Reject button in the "Approval" tab once the earlier Approver (Approver 1) has approved the document.
