How to Upload Excel?

1. Click “Batch Issuance” tab
2. Choose any batch and click the three-dot button under “Action.” 3.Click “View Batch” button
4.Go to the “Upload” tab
5. Click "Download Template" button to download the template. This will be in a form of excel file that will store the inputted document credentials. This will be used for uploading and creation of the document.
6. The file will be downloaded, click to open the excel file 7. Input the credentials of the recipient in the excel sheet
8.Drag and drop the downloaded template or Upload from computer
9. Review the data before clicking the “Create” button. If there is an error in the uploaded excel, you can click “Cancel” to re-upload the updated excel
10. Pop up message will appear once the documents are created successfully
11.Uploaded document Audit Trail
All uploaded excel related to the batch can be seen under the Upload Documents section under “Upload”. Each document can be downloaded for Audit Checks |
