How to Share Documents

This section shows how to share your ID using different platforms. 

 

 

1. Go to Documents on your Dashboard.

 

 

2.  Search for the document using Global Search. You can search using Issuer of the Document, Document Number, Expiration Date, Certification Date, or Status as your keyword.

 

 

3.  Click the three dots ()next to the document and select Share.

 

 

4. There are three ways to share your ID with others. 

  1. a. Direct Link: To share through direct link, make sure that the classification is set to Link. Modify the options as needed by clicking More Options and making the necessary adjustments. Once done, click Generate Link. You can now paste your link to whichever platform you wish to share it in. 

 

  1. b. Email: To share through Email, make sure that the classification is set to Email. Modify the options as needed by clicking More Options and making the necessary adjustments. Once done, go to the Share to portion and put the email addresses of the people and/or organizations to whom you want to share your ID with. Once all details are finalized, click Send. Your recipients will now be able to view your ID through the email sent. 

 

  1. c. QR Code - To share through QR code, make sure the classification is set to QR Code. Modify the options as needed by clicking More Options and making the necessary adjustments. Once done, click Generate QR Code. A QR code should appear on your screen that will act as a direct link to your ID. You can then save the image or share your QR code to others so they can gain access to your ID. 

 

  1. d. Facebook - To share through Facebook, make sure the classification is set to Social. Modify the options as needed by clicking More Options and making the necessary adjustments. Once done, click the Facebook icon. This will open an external site for Facebook where you can fill your log-in details. And then, click Share to post your ID on your Facebook account. 

 

  1. e. LinkedIn - To share through LinkedIn, make sure the classification is set to Social. Modify the options as needed by clicking More Options and making the necessary adjustments. Once done, click the Add to Profile button under Post to LinkedIn Profile. This will show you the necessary information you can fill on LinkedIn to add the specific certification. To copy, press Copy Text.
