How to Download Documents

This section shows how you can download your digital IDs from FilPass.
1. Go to Documents and click the IDs and Certificates tab.
2. Search for the document in the Global Search.Still using the Issuer of the Document, Document Number, Expiration Date, Certification Date, or Status as your keyword.
3. Once you see the ID you want to view, click three dots (⋮)to Download the file.
4. The ID will now be downloaded and stored on your local device.
